As June ushered in warmer temperatures, F&I Managers gathered at beautiful Terry Hills Golf Course in Batavia, NY for a 3-Day Intensive Training Academy with Ed Stewart. The Training Academy covered such topics as presentation skills, the customer interview, goal setting, objection handling, and other intensive topics.
The midpoint of the week featured a luncheon and inspirational talk with NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback Jim Kelly. Jim stressed the importance of persistence and attitude in our personal and professional lives, and how faith and family have helped him to persevere through life’s many challenges. He answered questions from the audience, and ended the session with a rousing trivia game, with a chance to win an autographed football and catch a pass!
